I have been using Barbara’s anxiety hypnosis recording for a few weeks and can honestly say it has been a great help. Almost from the first listen I felt calmer, more at ease and less worried. I find myself just able to get on with my day and not fret about small things and when the occasional stress came up, I subconsciously found myself using the visualisation techniques and felt more in control and was able to quiet my mind and feel better. Barbara has such a lovely tone of voice and I instantly felt safe and comfortable listening to her.
