Introduction
These terms and conditions are an agreement between “Fuzzyhead Ltd” and “You”. Access to and use by you of any of our products is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your use of our website, and purchase, download and use of our products, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase, download or use any of our products.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for hearing any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions.
Fuzzyhead Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Access to products
Fuzzyhead Ltd will endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Our immediate download products (Boosts and Readymades) should be available as soon as payment has been made. Delivery of Tailored items should be within 7 days of your returned email of our questions to you. Tailored items provided as part of any Therapy plus Tailored package will be within 7 days of a date agreed at consultation. For Tailored items we will endeavour to notify you on our website prior to purchase if for any reason we will not be able to deliver your product within any agreed timescale.
Limitation of liability
Fuzzyhead Ltd shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use any of our products, or any material contained within them, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using our downloads or any such material.
Users of Fuzzyhead Ltd products are solely responsible for their own safety and for any other people that might also hear our products as a result of their own use. Products which can result in reduced awareness of your environment and even sleep should be used with care and consideration for yourself and others. Operating machinery and driving would not be appropriate whilst listening to our recordings. These are examples, not an exhaustive list. This extends to anyone that might overhear your own use.
You should not use our products if you have psychosis or certain types of personality disorder, as it could make your condition worse. Please consult a doctor prior to purchase or use if you have any concerns. You should also not use our products under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Proprietary rights
You acknowledge and agree that the entire content, design and the selection and arrangement of the content and material contained in our products including music and sound are protected by copyrights or other proprietary rights and laws. You acknowledge and agree that you are permitted to use this material and information only on the bases expressly set out below and any use such as but not limited to: copying, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, or creating derivative works of such content or information is prohibited without the prior express written authorisation of Fuzzyhead Ltd.
Right to refuse sales, cancellations and refunds
Fuzzyhead Ltd shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to restrict the sale of certain products to certain customers or within specific geographic regions.
Due to the nature of our products, any refund requests can be discussed on a case by case basis. We’re nice and reasonable people. We’re sure we can work something out.
We reserve the right to refund any purchases and decline to provide products.
