Our website address is: https://fuzzyhead.co.uk. Fuzzyhead is a limited company, formed in Scotland. Our official company information has our full company details and contact information if you wish to write to us.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Personal data can be collected in a variety of different ways as you interact with the Fuzzyhead site itself or purchase products and services.
Contact forms
Information collected on our contact form is kept to a minimum. We ask for a name. First name or whatever you’d like to be called is just fine. We also ask for an email address as return contact is required in the vast majority of circumstances. Information provided in the contact form message can be of a sensitive nature and we will treat this in the strictest confidence. It will not be shared with anyone and will not be used for marketing purposes. Contact form information will be deleted once contact has been concluded.
Cookies
Cookies are used in a variety of ways. Some are essential to the running of the site eg. shopping cart. Some cookies are used to help us understand how vistors interact with the Fuzzyhead site eg. Google Analytics.

Embedded content from other websites
We use YouTube to help us serve video content on the Fuzzyhead site. When watching our videos please be aware that your interaction will be treated in exactly the same way as if you viewed the videos directly on our YouTube channel. As such, you are subject to the YouTube terms of use and their privacy policy.
Analytics
Fuzzyhead uses Google Analytics to help us understand the ways our website is used. They have a usage policy which Fuzzyhead must comply with to be able to use their service. You can decline to allow this when you first visit the site and you can also update this permission at any time afterwards by using the small tab that can be found at the bottom right of the screen.
Fuzzyhead is hosted on a UK server. Our web host is highly regarded within the hosting industry. Our host collects anonymous information about interactions on the Fuzzyhead site.
Shopping Software
We use software called Easy Digital Downloads to help us process the purchase of the products and services we offer.
We collect information about you during the checkout process. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and any other details that might be requested from you for the purpose of processing your orders.
Handling this data also allows us to:
– Send you important account/order/service information.
– Respond to your queries, refund requests, or complaints.
– Process payments and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We do this on the basis of our legitimate business interests.
– Set up and administer your account, provide technical and/or customer support, and to verify your identity.
Additionally we may also collect the following information:
– Location and traffic data (including IP address and browser type) if you place an order, or if we need to estimate taxes based on your location.
– Product pages visited and content viewed while your session is active.
– Your comments and product reviews if you choose to leave them on our website.
– Account email/password to allow you to access your account, if you have one.
– If you choose to create an account with us, your name, address, and email address, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
Who we share your data with
Your personal information is shared with our payment providers, Stripe and Paypal. Both these companies have their own privacy policies.
How long we retain your data
Contact form information – as long as is required to resolve any enquiry. This will typically be very short. No more than 1 month after last contact. This will be earlier if we feel contact has been resolved.
Treatment information – This will be kept for a period of 6 months after last treatment unless specifically requested by the client.
Purchases – we are required by UK law to keep a record of transactions for 6 years.
What rights you have over your data
You have a right to request what data we hold on you. In the first instance we would ask you to get in touch or you can write to us.
You can request that we erase any personal data that we hold on you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Google Analytics might involve your data travelling to the United States.

How we protect your data
Any communication that takes place between your web browser and our web server is encrypted. You can see the padlock in the address bar of your browser window.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In the event of data breach we would attempt to inform you within 72 hours of this breach being detected. Due to the nature of Fuzzyhead being a small, family run business this might not always be possible. eg holidays.
What third parties we receive data from
Stripe and Paypal tell us when a payment attempt has been successful.
Google Analytics provides us with reports of how users interact with the Fuzzyhead website.
