Do you ever wish you could boost your mood and calm your mind to help you get you through the day?

But think you don’t have time or other things are more important?

We are all juggling just now. It’s more important than ever that you take some time for yourself. Especially when you don’t feel you have any.

Boosts are short recordings, to target specific moments when you need a little help. They range in length from 5 to 15 mins, so you can find time to squeeze them into the busiest of days.

How do Boosts work?

Download your chosen Boost to your phone. Listen at a time that suits you and where it’s safe for you to sit or lie down and close your eyes for a few minutes. Feel better, then continue with your day or go to sleep.

Calm Boost

When you don’t really have any time to spare, but feel that you are struggling to cope and adrenaline is running high.. Take a few short minutes with the Calm Boost to calm your mind and bring some peace and clarity. Then continue with your day. (5 minutes)

Let this soothing recording calm you down, using hypnotherapy techniques combined with theraputic music. Take the edge off any anxieties or niggles and carry on with your day.

Energise Boost
